How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, go to the "My table bookings" section of your Account in the app or on our website.
Can I request a high chair for my booking?
Of course! You can add it as a special request when booking.
Can I request a birthday cake for my booking?
We'd be thrilled to celebrate with you! Add a birthday cake as a special request at the time of booking and payment required on the day you dine with us.
I want to be seated next to a group of friends or family with a separate booking. Can I request this when booking my table?
You can request to be seated near a previously booked table under 'Special requests' when booking. We will do our best to fufill your request!
If I have a Meal Plan, how do I make sure it is added to my booking?
Add your Meal Plan under 'Special requests' when making your booking.
How do I request a Wheelchair accessible table?
When booking your table, add Wheelchair access under 'Special requests.'
