Can I cancel my tickets?
Dated 1-4 day tickets are cancellable and refundable up to 3 days before the selected visit date (including the day of arrival, for example, if you bought a ticket for 4 January, you will have until midnight on 1 January to cancel it). Undated tickets are valid for 1 year from the day after purchase (excluding 31 October and 31 December). Ticket cannot be cancelled or refunded after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Do I need to register my visit dates before my visit?
If you have an undated ticket, you must register your visit dates in advance on our dedicated platform (subject to availability based on Disney Park capacity) to enter the Disney Parks on the day. Find out more
Can I buy my tickets at the entrance to the Disney Parks?
Disney Park tickets cannot be purchased at the entrance to the Disney Parks, except in certain cases. See details and prices here. Tickets can be purchased directly at the entrance to the Disney Parks only when paying with holiday vouchers, gift cards or cash and provided that the Disney Parks have not reached maximum capacity for the day of your visit. Guests who arrive at the entrance to the Disney Parks without a valid ticket purchased in advance may be denied access if the maximum capacity has been reached. The maximum capacity is based on the number of visitors that the Disney Parks can accommodate while maintaining satisfactory conditions. This limit depends on factors such as the number of attractions available and the Park opening times on the day, in order to ensure the best possible experience for all our Guests.

What should I do if I have luggage with me?
Leave your coats, luggage, and other personal belongings in the Guest Storage located to the right of the entrance to Disneyland Park, and enjoy a hassle-free visit to the Disney Parks! ⁽¹⁾ Dated day tickets are cancellable and refundable up to 3 days before the selected visit date (including the day of arrival, for example, if you bought a ticket for 4 January, you will have until midnight on 1 January to cancel it). You can cancel your ticket directly from the "My Bookings" section of your account. If your confirmation e-mail says that your booking can only be cancelled by e-mail, please send an e-mail to: refund.ticket@disneylandparis.com within the cancellation period detailed above. The refund for your valid ticket will be processed as quickly as possible, via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If you wish to change your visit date, you will need to cancel your current ticket and purchase a new ticket for the desired visit date (subject to availability at booking). Please note that it is not possible to exchange your ticket via e-mail. If you wish to add ticket(s) to your order, you will need to make a new purchase for the desired visit date (subject to availability and at the price in effect at the time).⁽²⁾ Disneyland Paris is approximately 32 km (20 miles) from Paris by car, and 35 minutes by RER (Regional Train RER A) from Nation station.⁽³⁾ Paid service.
