Link your Disney Hotel + Disney Park Tickets package to your Disney Account. If you booked on our website, this will already be done!

Check in before your arrival in our app*

Open the app and follow the steps to complete your mobile check-in. *Between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival

Collect your room key on the day

Head to Reception to get your room key. We can send you a message when your room’s ready if you wish!

Staying at Disneyland Hotel or Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel?

When you stay at these Disney Hotels, you can unlock your Disney Hotel room and common area doors with the digital key — with your phone! Once you've checked in (via the app or in person), you can follow the steps on the app to activate your digital key when you arrive on the day.⁽¹⁾

What you’ll find on your MagicPass

Each Guest older than 3 years old⁽²⁾ staying at a Disney Hotel will get a MagicPass with their name on it, with Disney Park Tickets, Meal Vouchers (if applicable), Guest Parking access, and more. You can get a physical MagicPass, a digital MagicPass, or both!

What happens if I don't provide my check-in details in the Disneyland Paris mobile app?

Simply go to Reception at your Disney Hotel and a Cast Member will complete your check-in. You can also access your digital MagicPass directly in the app, so you can head straight to the Disney Parks when you arrive (and if you’d like, we can even send you a message to let you know when your room is ready!) Please note: To collect Disney PhotoPass™+, coupons, Gift Cards, or pre-booked excursion vouchers, please head to the Reception Desk at your Disney Hotel. If you book your stay 3 days or less before arrival, you’ll not be able to access your digital MagicPass before your stay. You’ll need to go to your Hotel’s Reception Desk to activate them and pick up your Disney Park Tickets or Meal Vouchers (if applicable).

Can I provide my check-in details on the Disneyland Paris website?

No, you can only complete your mobile check-in by providing your details via the official Disneyland Paris mobile app between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival or by completing check-in at your Disney Hotel Reception on the day.

Can I use the app to check in to any Disney Hotel?

This service is available for all Disney Hotels: Disneyland Hotel, Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel, Disney Newport Bay Club, Disney Sequoia Lodge, Disney Hotel Cheyenne, Disney Hotel Santa Fe, and Disney Davy Crockett Ranch. However, it is not available at our Partner Hotels.

What happens if my plans change after I complete my mobile check-in in the app?

No problem! You can update some of the details provided during mobile check-in directly on the app. However, the information provided in the registration form can not be changed. If you filled in a form incorrectly, we can give you a new one to fill in at your Disney Hotel Reception.

Where can I leave my luggage if my room is not ready yet?

Our Disney Hotels have a luggage room for Disney Hotel Guests. Please note that Disney Davy Crockett Ranch and Les Villages Nature Paris do not offer this service.

Where can I park my vehicle?

If you are staying at a Disney Hotel, you can park free of charge at your Disney Hotel or in the Guest Parking. Simply present your Disney Hotel booking confirmation, or your digital MagicPass QR code.

⁽¹⁾ Bluetooth must be activated to use this service, and location-based services for Android phones. Some phone models may not be compatible. If you book your stay 3 days or less before arrival, you will need to go to your Disney Hotel Reception on the day to activate your digital key if you wish to use this service.⁽²⁾ Everyone in your booking over 3 years old will receive a MagicPass with their name on it. Guests under 3 years old do not require a MagicPass but will be eligible for access with an accompanying Guest with a MagicPass.
