I want to come by car. Where can I park?

You can park your car at Disneyland Hotel car park during your treatment, upon presentation of a valid ID and your reservation at the Disneyland Hotel Spa by Clarins.

I don't have a booking at the Disneyland Hotel or Disney Park Tickets, can I still book a treatment?

Yes, you can book a treatment at the Disneyland Hotel Spa by Clarins even if you do not have a booking at Disneyland Hotel or Disney Park Tickets. To access the hotel, simply present your booking at the entrance to Disneyland Hotel and then entrance to the Spa!

Is access to the Disneyland Hotel pool included with my treatment?

No, Disneyland Hotel Spa by Clarins services do not include access to the swimming pool. Only Guests staying at the hotel have access to this area.

Are towels, bathrobes and slippers provided during the treatment?

Disneyland Hotel Spa by Clarins provides treatment services only, but you can bring your own personal belongings for added comfort.

Can I get my hair cut or washed at the beauty salon?

The beauty salon does not offer haircuts or shampoos. The salon only has heated appliances for blow-drying, straightening or curling dry hair.

I am pregnant, are the massages suitable for me?

A special maternity treatment is available at the Disneyland Hotel Spa by Clarins, starting from 3 months of pregnancy. The massage table is specially adapted and the massage treatments contain no essential oils.

I have a skin allergy. Can I book a treatment?

Please contact the Spa when booking at +33 1 60 45 66 05 to inform them of any allergies you may have. For each treatment, you'll need to fill in a health questionnaire with any restrictions or allergies you may have, to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your treatment.

Conditions

⁽¹⁾All bookings for children, whether with a parent or guardian or for the child alone, must be made by a responsible adult. Children's treatments are available for ages 6 to 16. If a child is attending alone, a waiver must be completed and signed by the adult. Children under 13 must be accompanied throughout the appointment, from arrival to departure. Children 13 and over without an adult remain the responsibility of their parents.⁽²⁾ All visitors can book a treatment at the Spa, with or without a stay at Disneyland Hotel or a Disney Park ticket.⁽³⁾Disneyland Hotel Spa by Clarins has an accessible treatment room for visitors with disabilities or special needs.⁽⁴⁾This service only covers styling options such as blow-drying, straightening, or curling. Haircuts and shampooing are not available.⁽⁽⁵⁾Daycare service is only available for Disneyland Hotel Guests, for up to 2 hours per day. Registration on site, subject to availability.
