On the day, find your VIP Guide at the chosen meeting point and embark on your unforgettable tour! Disney Classic VIP Tour can host from 1 to 6 Guests (including children under the age of 3 and accompanying persons). Groups exceeding the maximum number of Guests (6) are required to book additional Guests within the limit of 10 participants in total. The Disney Classic Plus VIP Tour can host from 1 to 10 Guests (including children under the age of 3 and accompanying persons). Groups exceeding the maximum number of Guests (10) are required to book additional Guests within the limit of 20 participants in total. A VIP Tour is a paid service and subject to availability. Please note that Disney Park tickets aren't included in the VIP Tour. We can only take payment by credit card over the phone.

What payment methods are available?
To book a VIP Tour, payment is by credit card over the phone only. For more information, contact our Disney experts on 03 44 80 03 240 (local call rates apply).
Is it possible to extend the duration of the VIP Tour?
Our VIP Tour services are booked for a minimum of 6 consecutive hours with the option to extend the tour with additional hours, at an additional cost. E-mail our Disney experts at dlp.viptours.experience@disney.com for more information. Any changes to the VIP Guide services (date, time, number of people, etc.) are subject to approval and availability and may incur additional fees.
Can I take a break during a VIP Tour?
If you wish to take a break without your VIP Guide, this time is included in the 6-hour package (predetermined times) and will be deducted from your visit.
Where do I find my VIP Guide before the tour?
The meeting point is agreed at the time of booking. You can meet your VIP Guide at the Donald Lounge, ideally situated at the entrance of Disneyland Park, or wherever is most convenient for you: inside or outside a Disney Park, in a boutique, or simply in the lobby of your Disney Hotel.
How many Disney Parks can I visit on a VIP Tour?
Depending on your Park Ticket, you will be able to visit 1 or 2 Disney Parks. Each visitor must have a Disney Park Ticket valid for the same day. If you have a Ticket to visit one Disney Park, you can ask your VIP Guide to extend your Ticket to the other Disney Park on the day (at an additional cost). If you have an undated ticket or Annual Pass, don't forget to register on our online registration platform in order to ensure admission to the Disney Parks on the date of your choice.
Can children take the tour alone?
Children under 18 cannot be left alone with the VIP Guide and must be accompanied by an adult.
Is it possible to book a VIP Tour on the day of your visit to Disneyland Paris?
This service is very popular and subject to availability, so we recommend booking as early as possible to enjoy this experience. You can book your VIP Tour anytime up until the day of your visit, by sending an e-mail to: dlp.viptours.experience@disney.com. Staying at a Disney Hotel? Book directly at the Reception desk of your hotel or by e-mail!
If I cancel or change the date of my visit, is the VIP Tour refundable?

Is it possible to book Park Tickets or a Hotel + Tickets package at the same time as a VIP Tour?

Is transportation from Paris and the airports included in a VIP Tour?
Transportation is not included in a VIP Tour. The Disneyland Paris Express shuttle is available as a paid service from 4 pick-up locations in Paris to Disneyland Paris and back (same-day return). If you're coming from one of the major airports, you can book the Magical Shuttle (paid service).
Conditions
Each guest must have a valid admission ticket to at least one of the 2 Disney Parks for the same day as the Disney VIP Tour. This service is available in limited quantities and is in high demand, so we recommend booking in advance.⁽¹⁾Subject to availability on the day of the tour.⁽²⁾Shows are subject to availability at the time of booking. Some experiences, shows, parades or events may not be available or may be modified, without notice, due to changing security measures or for any other reason including weather conditions and renovations.
